Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Establish and track specific therapeutic goals and milestones to monitor the client’s progress over time.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients in need of support, ensuring that therapy remains convenient and client-focused.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and agency policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist primarily of individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will collaborate with clients who are on their journey to mental wellness, providing a safe and empathetic space for them to share and explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid state-issued license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
