Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Work actively with clients in cultivating coping strategies that enhance their emotional resilience and optimize their mental health.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care and continuity of treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients needing immediate support, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in regular participation in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training sessions to share insights and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
