Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as determined by our collaborative clinical team.
\n
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to implement and assess effective positive behavior support plans for clients.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attendance at relevant conferences and statewide meetings.
\n
• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners to enhance our service delivery and outreach efforts.
\n
• Promote the mission, values, and philosophy of the agency in all interactions, ensuring our goals align with the needs of the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license from the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 86,000 and USD 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
