Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Alternatively, a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong therapeutic alliances in a virtual setting.

• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to understand and address the unique experiences and challenges faced by clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseload and maintain accurate treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from therapists with various levels of experience, candidates with prior telehealth experience and those familiar with evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be given preference. Experience working with a range of mental health issues, including trauma-informed care and crisis intervention, is highly valued.
