Key Responsibilities\n

The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse populations, including those from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a track record of effective client care.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated expertise in theories and evidence-based treatment modalities, combined with the ability to apply them effectively in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
