Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, aiming to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the reintegration of patients into daily life.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapy sessions.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions designed to facilitate the processing of traumatic experiences, assist in developing coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other members of the care team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care, actively discussing patient status and treatment adjustments during team consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
