Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to trauma recovery, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting coping strategies, healing processes, and resilience among clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and ensure optimal outcomes for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate support and resources to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
