Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history and craft tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and resilience-building in accordance with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Assist clients in processing trauma and creating sustainable coping mechanisms while promoting overall mental wellness.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a safe and responsive approach to client needs.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance support systems.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure, with a focus on trauma-informed care preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
