Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, which are crucial in developing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Valor Center, you will engage with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
