Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies, specifically in perinatal and postpartum care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with maternal mental health issues is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). A background in community mental health, family therapy, or trauma-informed care will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
