Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual consultations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats, providing ongoing support and guidance.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make timely referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare providers as needed.

• Implement crisis interventions for clients in immediate need, employing strong de-escalation techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed counselors work with a varied client base representing a wide range of demographics and mental health concerns, including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and a commitment to providing culturally responsive care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
