Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize electronic medical records to track, document, and communicate clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals and the overall social work plan.

• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies that promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

• Follow directives from supervisors while remaining open to feedback and constructive evaluations.

• Maintain a current Oregon Driver’s License alongside CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure readiness in all circumstances.

• Demonstrate excellence in organizational and time management capabilities, prioritizing client needs effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain licensure and improve service delivery.

• Provide resources and assistance for clients’ identified financial or social needs, collaborating with community resources as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
