Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of tasks tailored to support your clients’ unique needs:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to understand the individual, family, and group dynamics affecting clients’ mental health.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Developing tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and needs.
\n
• Facilitating family and couples therapy sessions to address relational challenges, improve communication, and build healthier interactions.

• Engaging in regular collaborative meetings with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess treatment effectiveness and share insights for facilitating exceptional client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you will serve includes individuals experiencing substance use issues alongside mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. Understanding the interactions between substance abuse and mental health is critical, and you will apply therapeutic techniques that address both areas effectively. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to work through their challenges while fostering resilience and a path towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to excellence in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified applicants, those with the following experience will be given priority:

Compensation and Benefits\n
