This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from any location that suits you best. As part of a fully remote team, you will have access to ongoing resources and support to facilitate your success, which includes a comprehensive onboarding process that can get you ready to see clients in as little as 1-3 days.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct live video therapy sessions that adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

• Implement solution-focused methodologies to address the individual needs of each client effectively.

• Develop personalized treatment plans after assessing client symptoms, needs, and goals.

• Facilitate insightful conversations that encourage clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

• Regularly monitor the progress of clients’ treatment plans, adapting strategies as necessary to enhance their coping mechanisms and mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on providing care to stable, low-acuity adults facing a wide array of mental health challenges. This might include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Our objective is to help these individuals acquire the skills needed to improve their overall quality of life through empathetic counseling and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Provisional or limited licenses will not be considered, and candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor are essential.

• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with telehealth platforms are preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, those with experience in telehealth counseling and an understanding of solution-focused therapy will find this role particularly rewarding. Prior experience working with an adult population in a remote setting is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, our counselors benefit from:
