Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning, tailoring pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, pharmaceutical treatment plans, and other essential documents to meet individual client needs.

• Ensure all documentation is compliant and submitted in a timely manner, adhering to pertinent regulatory requirements and best practices.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team to assess and treat patients effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies that promote health and wellness.
\n
• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining professional standards and compliance.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to create a supportive network for our clients.
\n
• Establish and maintain communication to meet contract requirements and advocate for organizational goals in the community.
\n
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including local, state, and federal agencies, to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
\n
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth through conferences, presentations, and participation in relevant committees within your field.
\n
• Promote StrongMynd's mission, values, and principles within the clinical setting and engage in additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license recognized by the state board.
