This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible working conditions and the convenience of conducting therapy sessions from home. As part of our remote team, you will collaborate with colleagues through virtual meetings and share resources through our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system. While you will conduct consultations and therapy sessions from your home office, you will remain a crucial member of a supportive and cohesive team committed to client care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, providing counseling, support, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our EHR system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
