Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments during video conferencing sessions to understand client concerns and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of clients, incorporating therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize telehealth tools to facilitate engaging and productive counseling sessions, adapting to client communication preferences and needs.

• Edit and maintain comprehensive and precise clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client records.

• Support clients in developing effective coping mechanisms and strategies for managing life transitions, offering guidance and encouragement throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care and provide holistic support systems.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in counseling theory and practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications, with potential for a sign-on bonus for candidates who meet specific criteria.
