Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that may include support groups and psychoeducational workshops to promote community healing.

• Offer crisis intervention services, which include risk assessments and coordinating emergency responses for clients in acute distress.

• Document treatment progress and adjustments in compliance with best practices and organizational protocols.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through continuous education, training, and participation in evolving mental health practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals across a spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds, all of whom may be experiencing life transitions, crises, or ongoing struggles. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe, supportive atmosphere where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and develop actionable coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) valid in Washington State.

• Completion of a minimum of three years of supervised clinical hours as mandated by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
