Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic methods to address a spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care that enhances client outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and on-demand support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, leveraging your clinical expertise with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, with an ability to manage time effectively and ensure timely, accurate documentation of client progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, preferably with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
