Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including addressing various mental health disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and relationship dynamics. Our ideal candidate will be sensitive to the cultural and personal backgrounds of clients, providing them with individualized support rooted in empathy and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to practice independently in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources effectively for client support.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear dialogue with clients and team members.

• A proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients through compassionate and effective engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
