Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive and therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to facilitate initial understanding of clients’ concerns and craft effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision for professional development and clinical support.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied outpatient population, including adults and families, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Our clients often present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, requiring clinicians to utilize a broad knowledge of therapeutic techniques and strategies. The role emphasizes delivering care in the least restrictive environment, promoting healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Familiarity with using technology for clinical documentation, including but not limited to Excel, revenue management systems (RMS), Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services and conduct comprehensive intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
