Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients seeking outpatient mental health services. These may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues. You will work with both adults and potentially younger populations, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address their unique needs. Each client’s journey is distinct, and you’ll tailor your approach to provide the most effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as a mental health professional (LIWSC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

• Ability to provide unsupervised therapy services as licensed by the state.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated proficiency in written documentation, including detailed session notes and treatment documentation.

TheraCare Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
