Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and inform treatment strategies.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive coordinated treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
