Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that delve into clients' histories, current challenges, and mental health goals, employing standardized diagnostic measures.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other applicable approaches aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, managing a caseload that may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and significant life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians—including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers—to coordinate care and address the holistic needs of clients.

• Ensure the accuracy of clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, documenting client progress, treatment interventions, and session notes.

• Participate in regular case consultations, supervision, and team meetings, engaging in continuous professional development to uphold best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inspiration Point Counseling Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
