Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, to address a range of mental health issues.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise to de-escalate challenging situations, ensuring immediate support and referral, as needed.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active mental health license, including Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
