Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic nature accompanied by a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a productive caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on any professional licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

Though not required, candidates with experience in teletherapy or those familiar with digital mental health tools will be at an advantage.
