Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology, including addressing mental health challenges and developing personalized treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement detailed care plans that respond to their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Perform initial intakes and ongoing assessments to ensure that treatment aligns with best practices and meets clients’ evolving mental health requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, utilizing our electronic health records system for efficient case management.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, demonstrating adaptability and quick decision-making to prioritize client safety.

• Facilitate referrals to additional support services or community resources, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By engaging with clients through telehealth, our therapists can build rapport and trust vital for effective treatment, enabling them to address clients' needs from all corners of Washington State.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is mandatory for this role, ensuring compliance with state laws and practice standards.

Tree Of Hope, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
