Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, adapting approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to better understand client backgrounds, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and customize treatment plans using evidence-based practices, actively involving clients in their care journey.

• Document client progress meticulously through our telehealth platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal standards.

• Respond appropriately to clinical needs, adjusting therapy approaches based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary, referring clients to additional services such as psychiatric evaluations, group therapy, or specialty support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will support a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your work will also extend to vulnerable populations, including individuals facing socio-economic challenges. Your ability to create an empathetic, trusting environment will play a crucial role in promoting healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• A valid and active license to practice in Washington State (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
