Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video platforms to help clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.

• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and experiences, fostering self-discovery and insight into their relationships.

• Utilize our all-in-one counseling dashboard to manage client sessions, including messaging and video sessions, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.

• Engage clients who have been carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity needs, thus maintaining a safe and constructive counseling environment.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up as needed, modifying treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of adults who have undergone a careful screening process, ensuring that the individuals you work with are stable and receptive to therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure by the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with adult populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent care.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth sessions and electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, candidates with specific expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or experience working in remote settings will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
