Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with individual clients, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of adults dealing with various mental health issues, particularly those recovering from trauma and other related challenges. You will interact with a diverse range of clients, each with unique stories and backgrounds, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach to effectively meet their needs. Your contributions directly impact their recovery, improving their overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). We cannot accept interns or therapists with limited permits.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage a caseload and communicate with clients.

• No prior disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
