Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults dealing with low-acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows for the provision of personalized, one-on-one counseling that empowers individuals to manage their mental health effectively. You will work with clients facing life transitions, anxiety, mild depression, and other common challenges, ensuring they receive the respect, support, and tools necessary for positive change.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current, independent state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) to practice without supervision.

• Proven interpersonal skills and proficiency with digital platforms, essential for effective remote counseling.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted therapy sessions.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
