Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological conditions, formulate clinical diagnoses according to DSM-5 guidelines, and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy settings, adapting approaches to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring they receive timely care to stabilize their situation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment goals, progress notes, and clinical assessments, adhering to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care tailored to the clients’ multifaceted needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, while advocating for clients’ rights and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, with an ability to conduct effective diagnostic evaluations.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for forming meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
