Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and craft tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and challenges.

• Provide a range of therapy services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and ensuring safety while establishing a connection to further resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, incorporating treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings per ethical and legal regulations, which are essential for tracking client progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and align treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community resources, equipping them with tools for self-advocacy and support.

• Engage in continuous professional development—attending training, workshops, and conferences—to remain abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
