Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home or a location of your choice. Our outpatient office environment is collaborative and supportive, enabling you to connect with colleagues and participate in team meetings and training sessions conveniently. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee, confirming your qualification to provide mental health services.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and the contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities appropriate for diverse populations.

• Proven experience delivering therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, with a focus on cultural competence and sensitivity.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary computer applications to maintain patient records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
