Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to deliver care from a home office while ensuring that you are providing outstanding service to our patients. Our outpatient facility is known for its collaborative team culture, where clinicians receive support and encouragement to enhance their professional skills. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive cultural assessments to understand the unique experiences of patients and craft individualized treatment plans that reflect their backgrounds and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques as necessary to fit the distinct cultural contexts of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on building resilience, managing stress, and addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a cohesive support system for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and helpful community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proven expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly within multicultural contexts.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques, with the ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues across diverse cultures.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and sufficient technical skills to navigate software effectively.
