Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs, which will form the basis of your personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to foster positive outcomes for patients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health challenges, offering patients a platform for community and shared experiences.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to integrate various approaches into each patient’s treatment plan, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, assisting them during moments of instability.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment protocols, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment details meticulously to comply with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system proficiently.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development activities to continuously enhance your knowledge and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and represent various age groups. You will be working with individuals experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, from severe conditions requiring intensive therapeutic support to mild disorders that may benefit from short-term interventions. Your ability to tailor your therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client will be instrumental in achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Robust knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized care plans.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable positive therapeutic rapport with patients and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy, especially in outpatient settings, will stand out. Experience working with diverse populations and specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities are advantageous.
