Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and needs accurately.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
