Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to determine needs and create customized treatment plans that directly address their concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, fostering an integrated approach to client care to ensure comprehensive support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, using your clinical skills to stabilize situations and ensure safety.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in outpatient or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
