Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately identify and understand each client's unique needs, mental health concerns, and personal goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, drawing on therapeutic techniques that resonate best with the client's circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based counseling services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate closely with clients to explore and develop coping strategies that enhance resilience and overall psychological well-being.

• Maintain and manage client records with complete accuracy in compliance with state laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 63,000 – 130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
