Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), enabling clients to process their experiences effectively.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that assist clients in building coping strategies and exploring feelings associated with their trauma.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping skills, and mental health resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards regarding client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will primarily work with individuals recovering from trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and other trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• Valid professional licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably with a focus on trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n
