Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for significant flexibility while maintaining a work-life balance. Our therapists work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a structured yet accommodating schedule. Our outpatient office model enables therapists to connect with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients’ mental health needs.

• Provide ongoing therapy through telehealth sessions, maintaining a compassionate and judgment-free environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate client progress toward their therapeutic goals.

• Document all client interactions and treatment interventions accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design integrated treatment solutions and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, showcasing your ability to engage with diverse client populations.

• Your proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Outlook and Word, as well as the capability to navigate electronic health record systems efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth best practices will be beneficial. Any additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or similar approaches may enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
