Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' past trauma experiences and to inform subsequent treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique pathway toward recovery, with an emphasis on resilience-building.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions designed to empower clients to process their trauma, enhance coping mechanisms, and cultivate healing.

Qualifications\n
