Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to ascertain their unique needs and formulate individualized treatment approaches.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through various modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and group sessions—to effectively address a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care, regularly sharing insights and progress reports.

• Deliver crisis intervention to clients facing acute distress, employing empathy and specialized skills to navigate emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
