Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status and needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that prioritize each individual’s goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapting methods based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals and regularly monitor and assess their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance their mental wellness.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer or require virtual services, ensuring access and continuity of care for those facing transportation or accessibility issues.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with best practices for client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to keep abreast of emerging trends and effective practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
