Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique background and experiences. Develop tailored treatment plans that align with their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, consisting largely of individuals from varying cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy through culturally responsive methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a calm demeanor during challenging situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with a range of experiences, preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated success in outpatient settings and have experience working with diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits\n
