Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs of patients, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address key mental health topics, providing a platform for peer support and community building.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for each patient.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
