Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients' strengths, preferences, and treatment goals, continually adjusting these plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including one-on-one therapy, family therapy sessions, and group workshops tailored to diverse client needs.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and progress notes, ensuring therapeutic approaches are effective and making modifications when necessary.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to expand clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
