Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs, treatment goals, and personal circumstances of clients seeking support for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that draw from evidence-based interventions to address the complexities of addiction.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, incorporating techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to empower clients in their recovery.

• Lead group therapy sessions, nurturing a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and strategies for overcoming barriers to sobriety.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and medical professionals to ensure clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, offering support during moments of acute need.

• Educate clients and their families about substance use disorders, emphasizing recovery methods and available community support resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role will be individuals grappling with substance use disorders, including those in various stages of recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to new team members.
