Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy from your home or preferred office space. Our work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each patient seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address the unique circumstances of individuals, utilizing best practices and evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions that effectively utilize techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to promote recovery.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared learning among individuals on similar recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when dealing with substance-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and wellbeing.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, coping strategies, and local resources available to support recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with all pertinent legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and continued professional development initiatives.

• Stay current with the latest research in addiction treatment and implement best practices in your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with substance use disorders, which may include alcohol, prescription drugs, and illicit substances. Many of our clients may also experience co-occurring mental health issues that can complicate their recovery journey. By addressing both addiction and related behavioral health challenges, you will work towards promoting holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.

• In-depth understanding of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care models, and effective therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy specifically within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, specifically targeting substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
