This remote position involves playing a critical role in assisting individuals on their journey toward recovery from substance use disorders. Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely while maintaining a strong connection with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your normal work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the individual needs and goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

  Offer crisis intervention and on-the-spot support during substance-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

  Educate patients and families about addiction, recovery strategies, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

  Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing various degrees of substance use disorders, from early-stage interventions to those in need of ongoing support during their recovery. The diverse backgrounds of our clients require a personalized approach, allowing you to utilize your expertise in therapy modalities to address their specific challenges and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with substance use disorders.

  Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• \n

  Proven knowledge of substance use disorders, including effective treatment modalities and recovery-oriented practices.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by an empathetic and non-judgmental approach toward clients.

  Ability to uphold appropriate professional boundaries and ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

  Competence in using EHR systems and other relevant technologies to document care accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
